A little about me:

My name is Adrianna Sloan and I am the Health Sciences teacher at Forbush High School. I am a graduate of FHS where I was a very active participant in the health occupations program. In March of 2015 I left my position as a lead transplant coordinator to become a health science teacher. My students ask me all the time, why did you do that? But, for me this is where is all began. Inside these four walls through health science, I discovered my passion for health care and part of myself through HOSA which has contributed to the person I am today.  I have been a nurse since 2003 and I hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing form Winston-Salem State University.  I look forward to working with your student!
